Our standard session time is 55-minutes. We can alter this time based on your best interests and on your clinician's assessment.

Sessions are $160/60 minutes, and will be prorated based on the time of session scheduled.

Sessions are typically structured on a weekly basis, and will gradually taper to biweekly, monthly, and as-needed as your needs change. This is based on your preference, and can be discussed during your first session.

We have clinician(s) licensed to meet your therapeutic needs in Florida, Massachusetts, and New York.

We currently accept the following insurances: Aetna (FL, MA, NY), Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA (FL, MA, NY), Cigna (FL, MA NY), Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield (NY), Fidelis (NY), Oxford (FL, MA, NY), and United Healthcare (FL, MA, NY.)

Yes, consultations are free. We will call you on the phone number provided at consultation time.
We ask that you keep a card on file when booking a consultation via our website as this card will be used for future copays/cash pay appointments. If you choose to not schedule any future appointments, your card will not be used.

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please ask us more about this, as well as any fees associated with this policy, during your consultation.

During your first session, your clinician will ask you questions pertaining to your bio-psycho-social history to best prepare for your treatment.

Yes, your clinician will send you compliance documents and a demographic form to complete before your first session.
